Getting Started with Ask Elemi
A gentle, step-by-step guide for signing up — no technical experience needed.

Welcome. If you've found your way here, you're probably someone who loves clothes but feels a little overwhelmed by them. Maybe you have a wardrobe full of things you rarely wear. Maybe you've been meaning to "sort it all out" for months. Maybe a friend told you about Ask Elemi and you thought — yes, that sounds like exactly what I need.
Signing up is much simpler than it might look. Here's a gentle walkthrough, step by step.
You don't need to be technical. You just need an email address and five minutes.
Start by going to askelemi.com in your browser — on your computer, your phone, or your tablet, whichever feels most comfortable. Click the purple "Get started" button in the top right corner. You'll be asked for your email address and a password of your choice. Fill those in and click Continue.
You may receive a short email asking you to confirm your address — just click the link inside and you'll be taken straight back into the app. Once you're in, a small message will appear at the bottom of the screen about how your photos are stored. Click "Got it" and you'll move on to a short welcome screen where Elemi asks for your name and where you live.
That's it. You're in. From there, you can add your first wardrobe piece whenever you're ready — just photograph it and Elemi does the rest. Natural light near a window works beautifully. No white backgrounds needed. No styling required. Just your clothes, exactly as they are.
If you're using your phone, you can also add Ask Elemi to your home screen so it's always there when you need it — tap the share button in Safari (iPhone) or the three dots in Chrome (Android) and choose "Add to Home Screen." It'll look and feel just like a regular app from then on.
